I’m Divyadeep D., a writer and marketing strategist. I started in teaching, moved into content writing, and then into marketing. Writing has stayed with me through all of it.
I’m happiest somewhere between a book, an argument about a book, and something I suddenly need to write down. I write about literature, culture, technology, and the peculiarities of modern life. Anything that makes me stop and think.
The work I’m making
My book, MiSaligned: Because Something Feels Off, explores the distance we can feel between the life we present and the person we are. It is the first book in The Unfiltered Me series.
On Literature Is the Way of Life, I connect classical and modern works with the questions we carry today. My essays and personal reflections continue those conversations in writing. In Business & Marketing, I write about brands, customers, leadership and how businesses work.
The person behind the words
After almost seven years away from writing, I finally feel ready to come back. I want to put something of my own out there. It may not be perfect, but it will be personal and entirely mine.
My career so far
Over the last decade, my work across Canada and India has focused on how organizations build trust, capture attention, and drive conversion.
In India, I led multi-channel growth initiatives across SaaS, beauty, real estate, sports, and education, directing everything from high-touch institutional outreach, student acquisition pipelines, and live brand activations to national PR and digital campaigns.
In Canada, I scaled these operations into executive leadership within fashion education, overseeing full-funnel media strategy, brand architecture, and operational alignment. Today, as an Author and Narrative Strategist, I bring that same strategic rigor to personal craft, literary works, and brand audits.
